MPower™

MPower™ is a browser based data mart of profitability information. It works directly with the Account and Customer Profitability (CP) module and provides in-depth reporting, data mining and query capabilities. It can be installed in-house or web-hosted. It allows the user to leverage all of the input components to CP module (hierarchies, activity volumes, rates and other data) as well as the outputs of the module (dollars of income and expense). In addition, it provides access to a number of financial and non-financial data fields to facilitate further analysis and reporting.

  • Product Hierarchy
  • Organizational Hierarchy
  • Officer Hierarchy
  • Interest, FTP and Margin rates
  • Open Date > Customer Score
  • Balance Stratification

The Customer Profitability module and MPower™ enable a bank do the following:

  • Identify and monitor the average relationship value for their overall customer base
  • Follow trends of profitability for defined account holder groups over time
  • Design products that are more profitable for the bank to offer
  • Generate P&L statements for groups of account holders, products, organizational units, officers, etc.
  • Analyze the contribution of groups of accounts over time
